I got a text message, where can I find that deal?
All deals can be found in their respective deals tab in the online ordering system. Deals are available for pick up only. Delivery prices are higher. All deals are only valid on the same day the text was sent unless otherwise stated. Deals do not include sauce substitutions, vegan subs, crust flavors or premium toppings. You can find the online deals and text deals in the first two tabs in our online ordering system. Below are screen shots of both the mobile site and desktop version. If you are wanting a side item ie wings or salad. Those deals can be found in the sides and wing deals sections. If you are looking for one of our pizza deals options. Those deals can be found under pizza and combo deals section. Please note online deals can only be ordered online or through our mobile app.
I am trying to place an order online, was it received?
After submitting an online order, a confirmation order is sent to the email provided at time of checkout. Please check your inbox or spam folder for confirmation. It is important that you check your confirmation for any errors. If you notice something incorrect, please contact the store immediately.
Do I have to pre-pay for my order?
Large orders and delivery orders require pre-payment. If catering order is placed through our online ordering system without payment, you will need to be verified and you payment must be collected before order is processed. Please note: Bills above $20 are not accepted.
I am having trouble submitting my order
Here are a couple of tips when trying to submit your online order: Please promptly put in your payment information. Make sure our credit card information is correct. If you do no put in this information properly your credit pre authorization will decline. If you make too many attempts putting that information in your IP address will be blocked. Those are security measure put into place by our credit card processing company. If you would like a faster check out, download our app. You will be able to store your favorite orders and store your credit card after the first transaction.
Can I call in my order to redeem a deal?
Online deals are only available through our online system or mobile application. Store systems do not have those offers available.
How do I submit my order?
After you’ve added everything to your cart, please select checkout and fill out all your information. Once filled out, there is a submit order button at the bottom of the form. Please make sure to click on submit order to send it to our restaurant. Please see screenshot below.
I would like to pay cash for my delivery, do you currently accept cash?
We accept cash payments for to-go and pick-up orders only. Delivery orders require pre-payment with a debit card or credit card.
Can I pay cash for an online pick up order?
Yes. Please select cash from the dropdown menu as seen below. However orders above $40 require pre-payment with a credit card.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. We charge $6.99 for delivery and require a $25 subtotal.
Do you deliver to my address?
To check and see if we deliver to your address, please fill out your information in the online ordering system. Our online ordering system will route you to the nearest store based on the information provided.
I would like a copy of my receipt, can you assist?
If you would like a copy of your receipt you are welcome to email us at contactus@myscratchpizza.com Please include the date, location and number used when placing the order.
